• The recruitment process at Silver Software is structured on identifying the best in the industry through a three tier interview process; i.e. a Technical Interview (for checking technical skills), HR Interview (for checking attitudinal traits) & a Final Interview (for checking overall fit in the organisation). In case of campus recruitment, a written test is administered additionally.
